| The next retreat is Scheduled for March A Day of Reflection Topic: The Devil and Your Spiritual Life March 31, 2012 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Sign in begins at 8:30 am This retreat will focus on: - Is the devil a metaphor or a real entity bent on your destruction. - How God created thing be and the Fall - Why and how God allows the devil to torment us - What the devil can do - What the devil can not do -How to overcome his temptations Note: While the devil can influence us at different levels (temptation, infestation, obsession, oppression, and possession) we will only be discussing temptation. Temptation is the normative attack of Satan and so we will keep our discussion there. If you have greater attacks than temptation, then you need to contact your pastor. The day will include: Mass 3 - 45 minute talks A light lunch fit for a retreat environment Confession upon request Time to ask questions Cost is $30 per person. Seating is limited. |
